The Sealey VS8231 is a rechargeable video borescope designed for professional inspection and diagnostic work in hard to reach areas. This high performance inspection camera features an ergonomic pistol grip design with an integrated 85mm colour TFT screen, making it ideal for mechanics, electricians, plumbers and engineers who need to inspect behind panels, inside engines, within cavities and other confined spaces. The 5.5mm diameter waterproof probe with IP67 rating extends 900mm to access restricted areas, while the 60° viewing angle provides excellent visibility. The included 45° mirror attachment and magnetic pick up tool enhance versatility for different inspection scenarios, allowing you to retrieve dropped components or view around corners within machinery and installations. Recording capabilities include both video and still image capture, with content stored on the supplied 4GB micro SD card. This provides storage for up to 4.5 hours of video footage and 10,000 images, which can be transferred to a PC via the USB connection for documentation and client records. The AV output also enables live video streaming to external displays during collaborative diagnostic work.
