The Sealey TP90 is an air operated transfer pump designed for efficiently transferring fluids from standard 205 litre drums in workshop and industrial environments. This pneumatic drum pump provides a reliable solution for dispensing oils, lubricants, and other compatible liquids without the need for manual pumping or electrical power. Constructed with a durable polypropylene body, the pump features an acetal piston and nitrile seals for dependable performance with most fluids capable of being stored in plastic or metal drums. The self priming design eliminates the need for manual priming, whilst the integrated anti drip shut off valve prevents spillage and keeps work areas clean. The unit is supplied with a 2 BSP adaptor and 915mm dip tube, making it suitable for fitting directly to standard 205 litre drums. Operating at 30 100 psi with an air consumption of 4.4 cfm, the pump delivers up to 15 litres per minute for efficient fluid transfer. A compatibility chart is provided to help identify suitable fluids, though the pump is not designed for use with aggressive chemicals. For extended reach applications, an optional extension hose kit is available separately Model No. TP90HK.
