The Sealey SJBEX200A is a professional air powered jacking beam designed for workshop vehicle lifting applications. Fully certified to comply with current MOT requirements, this 2 tonne capacity unit uses compressed air to lift loads efficiently and safely, making it ideal for busy garage workshops and MOT testing stations. Engineered for professional environments, this jacking beam features a comprehensive 1.6m load arm reach and delivers a beam lift range of 95 300mm. The unit incorporates spring loaded flat arms with roller bearings that intelligently adapt to loading conditions when unloaded, they support the beams weight for smooth movement along pits or ramps, but under load they firmly stabilise the entire assembly for safe operation. Safety is prioritised throughout the design, with a 2 stage mechanical safety lock providing secure load retention and telescopic finger guards preventing accidental injury during operation. The wide lift configuration meets MOT recommendations for lifting on jacking points, whilst the supplied hook arms offer additional versatility.
